If a role needs covering or a project requires a longer term integration of an expert with your teams interim might be a better option that consultancy. However, if you require occasional or intensive projects or direction in strategy you will usually find consultancy to be more obviously suitable.

In our opinion both should be a part of your organization in an almost equal way but we make the distinction in duration and type of projects.

Simply put: We can discuss interim instead of consultancy if your project requires one or more people to be working for you for at least 2.5 days per week and for a duration of at least 2 months.
